A Chinese stone glockenspiel, recorded with four techniques to create an unusual yet atmospheric instrument, perfect for cinematic, ambient/experimental, and even meditative soundscapes.

Each of the techniques (soft stick, hard stick, thud, knock) can be combined to create pure or abstract sounds to suit the setting, while blending in the ‘doubler’ adds a unique chorus effect.

The instrument comes with four presets that provide an introduction to the wide array of sounds that are able to be created, either with the inbuilt FX or with additional processing.

To use this instrument, you will need the free Decent Sampler plugin - available for Mac, Windows, and Linux systems.
